Great atmosphere and makes for the perfect dating spot after you grab your scoops. The waffle cones are so good and completely fresh. You can actually see them making them right in front of you. Highly recommend stopping by when you're in the area!

Jeni’s ate. No crumbs. We got out of a concert at Terminal West around 11:30 and I drove my friend to pick up his car. At nearly midnight on a Thursday, there was a line of people wrapped around the building to get into this little ice cream place and I was like “What have we here? I may need some of THAT in my life!” We got in line with all the other folks and it moved quickly, there were just so many people waiting to get inside the building to get their ice cream they had overflowed the ice cream shop! The first thing I noticed as I approached the building though was the incredibly enticing smell of baking waffle cones. They were making fresh waffle cones and waffle bowls as we waited and I have to tell you, it was the best waffle cone I’ve ever eaten! What’s your pleasure? There are some standard flavors, but most of the Jeni’s icecreams were what I would consider elevated treats! Fabulous things like goat cheese and cherry, salted peanut butter chocolate, even peach biscuits? What on earth! Berry cobbler? Lemon and blueberry! It was tough to pick!! The standard size is two half scoops in a waffle bowl or waffle cone which is the perfect serving size for a late night treat.

We went Tuesday night, and the line was wayy out the door. There were three employees working, it looked like, and only one person scooping at one time. We finally got into the actual store, and one person was organizing the waffle cones the entire time. Safe to say they did not care about any of the people waiting for close to an hour, as they moved extremely slow and decided that only one person would scoop at a time. Idk, we love Jeni’s. But this location was disappointing last night. We waited for 45 minutes :/

I’ve been visiting Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams for years and it never disappoints. The flavors are always creative, rich, and incredibly smooth. You can really taste the quality in every scoop. The staff is usually friendly and the shops have such a fun, welcoming vibe. It’s one of those places I always stop by whenever I’m nearby. Highly recommend for any ice cream lover!

The first time I had Jeni's ice cream, I was hooked. I knew I would put this place in my rotation. So, anytime I am out and about I always keep an eye out for Jeni's ice cream. I have gone to several location and liked all of them but I must say I really like this one because of the outdoor area. You can sit outside and listen to the birds chirp while enjoying the sweet treat. All of the flavors are delicious. It depends on your taste. Just try different ones when you go. They give samples. The service is fast and friendly. I never have any complaints.
